We are now looking for a Group People and Culture Business Partner to complement the HR operation and function of this hospitality based business.

You will work within a complex and large organisation, and you will be a vital part of the management team.

Partner with site leaders to support the execution of the business and people strategy

• Administer HR function for staff and management on multiple levels
• Award interpretation for best practice
• Provide advice and guidance on policies and procedures on multiple levels including general managers, general management and work force
• Assist in investigations, disciplinary meetings and any other ER cases
• Contribute to HR related projects and initiatives
• Share and promote company values
• Assist with candidate interviews, when required
• Rolling out and conducting training as required
• Conducting succession planning with key stakeholders
• Supporting with delivery of annual road map in conjunction with department manager
• Act as a point of contact for HR related issues queries, issues and requests

About you

A minimum of 10 years in HR management

HR related tertiary qualification

Positive interpersonal and communication skills

Self-starter and great team player

People's person, relating to all levels of the organisation

Action oriented and team player
