Any Degree in Health and Nutrition

• Assist in implementing Health & Wellness strategy throughout the resort
• Provide outstanding service to all guests
• Create wellness programs tailored to the guests’ personal needs and expectations
• Use the right coaching methods and encouragement required to keep the guests motivated and committed to achieve and sustain their health and wellness goals
• Efficient planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of the operations and administration of the department
• Carry out thorough individual consultations with guests to gain a clear understanding of their health status, lifestyle, comfortable zones, and of their personal health and wellness goals and expectations
• Ambassador of the company’s wellness and sustainability culture, promote its awareness amongst team members by leading through setting of examples
• Responsible for controlling and maintaining the budget, maximising revenues and lowering expenses
• Participate in PR events as required
