• Good sales and marketing skills to upsell products and services
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience running an international luxury spa operation as a Spa Manager
• Hands on trainer and mentor
• Excellent guest contact skills
• Comprehensive understanding of health, hygiene and fire life safety
  

Any Degree or Diploma related to the Health and Wellness industry

• Ability to manage 40+ staff
• Driving all retail activities
• Ensuring the highest standards throughout the Spa at all times
• Sound financial knowledge of budgets, etc.
• Ability to implement SOPs
• Training, coaching and hiring of all department employees
  

US$45,000 - 48,000 Net + Housing Allowance or option to live in a shared on-site villa
