About you:

Manage, perform and promote your services which could include facial treatments, body treatments, waxing, massages, manicures and pedicures in line with the luxuriant wellness philosophies

To provide exceptional service at all times, responsible for the generation and retention of members, visitors and guests

Maintain and oversee the wellness environment to ensure the needs of guests are met

Ensure the highest levels of professionalism and attention to detail are shown with all treatments conducted

Involved in product sales

Handle and resolve guest issues or complaints according to policies

Adhere to company policies and procedures

Coordinate the status of equipment and supplies

Request maintenance or repairs when needed

Be a positive part of a Happy working environment

Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets
