Executive Chef – Available NOW 

Our client operates one of the premier luxury boutique Hotels in Melbourne and is currently looking for a dynamic and creative Executive Chef to take their culinary product to new levels.

The property offers 100 luxury rooms, three F&B outlets including a fine dining restaurant and several meeting rooms with a maximum capacity for 450 guests.

The ideal candidate will have the ability and flair to create new and exciting meal experiences, combining modern Australian and international food trends.

Classical training and coordination is the way of organisation high-end events and signature food in the restaurant.
