We are now seeking a dynamic and engaged Director of Performances, Cultures and People to support our national operation. This role is full-time and based in Melbourne, Australia.

This position provides a unique opportunity to join during a high stage of growth to truly define, build and further develop the HR functions.

In this position you will use your expertise in supporting our leaders, management and staff to drive and implement a variety of initiatives including, but not limited to talent/succession planning, organisation design, performance management, and diversity. You will have experience utilising data and analytics to create and drive people strategies, leveraging a variety of HR and learning tools.

Rounding off the successful candidate, you will be self-motivated, team focused with a pronounced need to sucees in your appointment. You will also possess strong interpersonal communication, presentation and negotiating skills.

A relevant diploma or degree will be essential for this position, as well as 6-8 years HR experience.
