Job Overview

Our client is managing an upmarket Restaurant in the Carlton area and is in progress to launch their function facilities.

In a most beautiful setting of a classical Carlton building, you will find a 120 seater function room with the expected market segment of weddings, corporate and social.

The function coordinator will manage all enquires, site inspections and bookings and furthermore will assist the restaurant in busy times.


  • Managing telephone and website inquiries
  • Set up of food and beverage packages
  • Posting updates on the website
  • Invite clients for site inspections and follow through
  • Take bookings and organise running sheets
  • Coordination to FOH and kitchen staff
  • Assisting the restaurant in busy times
